Beginner Steps Daycare, Stamford

Beginner Steps Daycare has been nothing short of amazing for our family. Debbie has taken care of our two very different kids exceptionally well. She is dependable, provides food and snacks (all organic and tailored to any dietary needs), works with our schedule (or last minute schedule changes) where it ends up feeling like you are dropping your children off with family rather than a “daycare”. Debbie has been able to tailor her program for both of our kids. Outside of knowing that our kids eat the best quality food, and receive the best quality care, it comes down to the personalized care she brings that sets her apart. Our daughter has always been advanced for her age and Debbie continually encouraged her need for knowledge with songs, worksheets, arts and crafts, etc. Debbie was able to adapt her program for our son, who enjoys physical activity more than actual learning. She uses play based techniques to reinforce numbers and colors, and is even working with Birth to Three with us to work through his speech delays. Trusting someone with your kids is never easy but Debbie has earned my full trust. Additional items worth noting, Debbie has helped us potty train our kids, provides daily status reports and monthly newsletters, and is willing to work with you on any sort of big events. (example: Helping prepare my daughter to be a flower girl).
