Bonnie was extremely hard to work with, my daughter was having troubles with potty training while in Bonnie's care but within 2 weeks of being removed was fully potty trained. Bonnie later refused to provide crucial information for my childcare credit on my taxes, claiming that it was due to paying her cash, when the only reason we paid cash was because she would hold checks and cash over $400 of checks at the same time.
