i took my baby there and she wasn’t fed , had daiper rush , her eyes were swollen and red from crying, upto date i feel so bad and hurt for taking my baby there… That lady’s attitude is horrible. she said my baby needed to be independent which made me question why she accepted to take her if she wasn’t going to take care of her… my baby was only 1year 6 months at that time..

.I have been taking my 2 daughters to Betty’s daycare for quite some time because it was my only option. I will say that she does work the full days which is good but as soon as I got a new job and she overheard my daughter talking about moving she immediately kept questioning me about putting my 2 weeks in for the daycare. I finally put my 2 weeks in. One week of my 2 week notice (twoards the end of the month) she ask about my co payment and when I called dshs before hand to transfer my daycare to the new one they told me that I don’t have to pay Betty on the first and to pay the other daycare so when asked about it I let her know what the Dshs childcare worker told me not knowing it was the wrong information, so I tried to be as nice as possible and let her know that I will call Dshs to ask them again to straighten out the situation and she went on to say “I don’t care what Dshs says” trying to argue with me so I dropped my kids off since I had work. I called Dshs on the way to work and the lady I spoke to said to pay her the 65. I was okay with that because like I told her I just wanted to make sure. After work When I came back to pick them up she stated that she called Dshs and said that she canceled my daycare even though I told her I would come back and let her know about the co payment after I call them to confirm. She is very unprofessional and now I realize it's true what the other reviews are saying about her.

Betty and her family are awful provider. They have a daycare side of the house they tell you the kids stay in and they don't go to the living side of the house but every time I picked her up my daughter was in the living room of the house part with the other kids running around not in the daycare side. My 5 month old came home every day during the month of her care covered in milk with multiple changes of soiled clothes. I asked her not to prop the bottle and she said she never would but explain how my daughters carseat then started to be drenched in milk. My daughter eats 5oz every 4 hours but somehow they went through a large back up bag of frozen breast milk as well as what I pumped every day while at work. On before her required date of March 15 we told her that our daughter would no longer be in her facilities for the month of April. She was okay with that. We called her on March 26 that March 28th she wouldn't be there just to spend the day with her grandma and she told us if we didn't pay her for April on March 27th she wouldn't take Reign for the day. Payments aren't made until March 30th if we would be there for April but she knew we wouldn't. We said we weren't doing that and that we just wanted our stuff back so we would come get it after work on March 27th. She agreed to let us. March 27th she texted saying we couldn't have our stuff back unless we bring her money for it. She then started threatening us with court if we didn't pay her for April. The only way we can get our stuff is to start a civil case. DO JOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE.

Daycare owner's attitude is horrible. She is unwilling to work with anyone. She called me at the last minute on a Sunday night to ask if I could have someone watch my son for the week because she wanted to take a vacation. I am from out of state, and knew no one in Washington. I found another daycare for my son to attend, to which I had a pay a registration fee. When she returned from vacation, she was upset that I enrolled him in a different location and that he would not be returning to her home. Due to this she would not, and still has not given me the information needed to claim my childcare expenses on my taxes. "Take me to court" was her response. My son was given an apple and a bag of Cheetos after being in her home all day, so I packed him lunch the next day. He was 7 years old and his school was closed for a break. The food was taken from his backpack and mistakenly given to another child. He again had nothing to eat. She told me that she would transport him to school. I eventually asked my son about his ride to school, and she had been making him walk every day. She walked with him the first day to show him the way. After that, he was on his own. Terrible!!

This is the worst daycare ever and anyone bringing there kid there well be making a big mistake, the lady Betty is very disrespectful when there was a switch up of my schedule she went off on me becuase she seemed to or some odd reason need to know exactly when I would be there and changing or switching something is to much for and in her words"confusion" for her. so she would not allow me to bring my daughter on my days off if I needed to cover someones shift. I told her husband who doesn't seem to speak any English he just nods and smiles, I told him my daughter already napped then when I take my daughter Home to sleep she's up for hours. They are not considerate of your needs, they seem to be just there for the money. also when I got there and rang there bell they didn't hear anything because they were both in the living room far from the toddlers room watching TV, and my daughter was in the room by herself playing. They seem to be to old and need to retire instead of scamming peogle and not giving kids want they need.
