My children had gone to this location for years. After new ownership took over in January 2024, my once happy go lucky toddler went from being excited to go there to having extreme separation anxiety. The ownership brought in “church volunteers” to do the good lords work and they made it clear that in order for my child to remain in their care, I would need to force a developmental delay diagnosis on my son to receive state assistance. I was threatened that they would discontinue care if a diagnosis wasn’t made within a week despite advising them that my pediatrician, who has had several years of schooling and experience against an HR background in the department of defense and a childhood education degree, advising me that my child is a normal three year old with nothing medically wrong aside from experiencing trauma. I had a candid conversation with a teacher and owner, Carolyn, advising my intent to remove my children from their care. A day prior to the two week notice from that conversation, upon bringing my child into the center, I was ignored by staff as was my child. I had the walk my son to the back, which is normally not an area parents are to enter, only for zero assistance to be offered transitioning my son into their care. It was when I asked for assistance that I was advised care for my child was being denied. I contacted necessary parties to immediately remove my children from their care and place them into a different facility.
After doing so, I I received a bill for almost $3,000. They decided to charge me for my teenager who has not stepped foot into their location for several years. In addition, they charged me $1,800 for “not providing a notice,” despite having a conversation about withdrawing my kids two weeks prior and having care being denied for my children without notice to me.
So now, in addition to the fraudulent and outlandish bill, I have to now seek the help to assist my toddler with getting over the trauma that he experienced under their care.
Furthermore, they have several violations listed on the social service inspection website. They have had accidents with vans that were transporting kids to school without car insurance and failed to notify the parents, an open law suit, kids coming home with unexplained bumps and bruises and who knows what else.
This is a cautionary tale that just because they put Christian and Jesus into their sentences, doesn’t make them Godly. do not trust them. They’re crooks that cause trauma. STAY AWAY at all cost.
