Welcome to God’s Little Busy Bees Family Childcare. I am credentialed with the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and meet all Maryland Licensing requirements. By being part of the Maryland Excels Program, I have gone beyond the basic licensing requirement, and have received a Maryland Excels Quality 2 Rating. The Maryland Excels program was developed to help improve access to quality child care and early education to all families in Maryland.
It is my desire to help families receive quality care and to see their child(ren) excel developmentally and academically.
I know that each child learn and develop at different levels. My family home environment allows me to provide small groups as well as individualized care in meeting developmental needs and milestones. My program focuses on the “Whole child” by having hands-on-activities that will promote each child’s cognitive, social/emotional, spiritual and physical growth and development.
My program is a nurturing, safe, educational and fun learning environment, which includes a Creative Curriculum Philosophy, Biblical Principals, Sign Language, Outdoor activities and Field Trips.
We accept Infants, Toddlers, 2-5 years, and Before/Aftercare 5-12 years of age.
Hours of operation: 7:30 am – 6 pm.

I'm so blessed to have finally found a provider that has a true passion for the well-being of kids. The attention and care Mrs. Rita gives my son is not like any other daycare provider I've encountered. She truly loves and treats the children like they are her own, which makes an overprotective mother like me feel safe and assuring that my child is in good hands.
The communication at this center is excellent. I really appreciate knowing what was happening and her constant care and updates regarding my child.
My son has really thrived under her care and has learned a lot, which speaks volumes to the curriculum used at this center.
I wholeheartedly recommend this center and I encourage anyone looking for quality childcare to check them out.

We are very happy with the attention and care our kids receives from Ms. Rita at the Martin's family Child care. My kids enjoy attending the Martin's family child care and look forward to going.

Mrs. Martin, affectionately known as Mrs. Rita, is a true gem when it comes to child development. At age two both of my children were able to spell their names, say their alphabet and the sound each letter makes just to name a few. Not only does Mrs. Rita ensures that each child is challenged academically, she takes her time to learn them emotionally. Not all educators have the patience to work with small children, however Mrs. Rita is by far THE BEST!

I highly recommend Mrs. Rita as a child care provider. My child was in Mrs.Rita class while at Kingdom Kids. Immediately, I could tell Mrs. Rita was in touch with the individual needs of the preschoolers. I appreciated her advice on various learning and behavioral strategies with my then 2 year old. My child advances greatly while in Mrs. Rita’s care. I was very pleased with Mrs. Rita care and learning instructions

Rita is an excellent day care provider!! She always puts the kids needs first, goes above and beyond to teach what is needed, has a heart of gold, and cares for each child as if they were her own!! I'm always happy to leave my child in her care!
