I am a Fairfax County Licensed Child Care Provider. I have been a home provider for over 20 years, for newborn thru school-age children. My home meets the requirement for Fairfax County's Office for Children as well as the Fire Marshall regulations. I am CPR/First Aid Certified as well as MAT certified (Medication Administration Training). I attend the latest early childhood education workshops as well as various child development trainings as required by the Virginia Commonwealth. In addition to my credentials above, I hold a teaching degree from Nicaragua with solid experience in teaching Pre-K through 1st grade. I am able to provide references from families I have worked with in years past. I offer a predominantly Spanish speaking environment, which my families and their children love and cherish. Having an established home-based child care that focuses on the children's needs is my passion. Having raised 2 beautiful daughters, helps me understand the challenges families face in finding a trusting caregiver for their children.
