Our philosophy is that all children must be treated with respect. All children have the right to a safe, healthy, and loving environment. More so we strive to provide opportunities for developmental activities according to the children ages, special needs, talent, and interest. We believe proper exposure to materials and activities are required to help children develop to their maximum potential. Our set up is designed to help children gain independence in motor skills and self-help skills. We make sure children in our program remain safe and always get assistance when they are in need of help. We provide age appropriate toys and activities while maintaining a flexible but predictable routine each day, we provide children with reinforcement, guidance and most importantly give them loving and nurturing care. We strongly believe that self-discipline is very important and a child armed with self-discipline at a young age can face lifes challenges in a tremendous way. We try our best to incorporate self-discipline in children through the use of behavior charts and positive reinforcement. The goals for the children enrolled in our program are: 1-To encourage positive self-esteem and self-concept. 2-To develop self-confidence. 3-To learn positive social skills. 4-To learn fine and gross motor skills. 5-To develop cognitive and creative skills in the areas of literacy,math,science,music,art,and language development.
