I am a registered family child care provider and a mother of four children. I have 10 years of child care experience and hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. My mission is to provide your child with a loving, safe, fun, stimulating and structured learning environment. I believe in nurturing the whole child and helping them learn to interact with the world around them, while providing them with a safe and comfortable environment. Every child is different and I adapt to meet the needs of every individual child. I run my daycare with my 2 assistants who are also mothers with 16 years of combined early childhood experience. We are CPR and First-aid certified, as well as MAT trained, so we can administer medication to all children in our care if needed.

My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind, knowing their child is safe, nurtured, loved and in a happy place where they can learn and grow at their own pace while in my care. I believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured, yet flexible schedule. My program follows the play-based teaching philosophy and uses the Mother Goose Curriculum. Children are taught to respect each other and property. My goal is to teach your child to Communicate, Negotiate, Problem Solve and Get Along. Play & Learn: We offer a variety of fun, exciting, and age-appropriate activities where your child can play & learn Creative & Nurturing: A creative and nurturing environment that emphasizes the development of the whole child. Brooke's Home Daycare, Arlington VA is open year-round from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I offer full-time and part-time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers between the age of 1 week and 5 years old. I provide peanut and tree-nut free snacks to all kids in my care (included in the tuition). I also offer before and after school care for school-age kids, up to 12 years old (my facility is near Nottingham Elementary School and close to Tuckahoe Elementary School).
