International Montessori House of Children is a center in Austin, TX. We are open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm and care for children as young as 18 months through 6 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part-time childcare. We provide snacks and offer a peanut free environment. At a minimum, our teachers have a CDA degree. Our mission is to empower children with active creative minds through Dr. Maria Montessoris influential educational philosophy that emphasizes independence, freedom within limits, and discovery. We create learning environments that will improve skills necessary for success by nurturing the development of the whole child cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
