Woodbridge Valley Children's Den is a licensed in-home daycare and preschool in Woodlawn - Catonsville, MD. My family child care program is located in the Woodbridge Valley neighborhood, near Johnnycake Rd and Crosby Rd. I’m the owner and main caregiver of this intimate family child care and early education program. I’m a licensed provider with 14 years of professional experience and CPR & First-aid certifications. I’m also a parent myself, a mom to 3 kids, so I can certainly relate to your needs and concerns when it comes to finding safe, high-quality child care for your little one. In addition to English, I speak Hindi fluently and I can teach your child this foreign language upon request. My daycare is not a bilingual program, but this is a wonderful opportunity for your child to become bilingual at a young age.

In our circle time, I guide the kids in learning about the days of the week, months, colors, and shapes. I ensure they're equipped with fundamental knowledge for school readiness by also teaching them numbers, shapes, and how to write their names. Kids take home worksheets and artwork, keeping parents informed about their child's learning journey in my care. I also follow a structured daily schedule.

My daycare has great wall colors, bright carpets, wall decor, and educational posters, and children's artwork is hung on the wall. The space is decorated and furnished to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, with bright colorful walls and an open layout. For infants and toddlers, there are engaging toys like activity sets, blocks, and puzzles. Learning curriculum posters and a variety of activity sets are available, making it a stimulating environment for both infants and toddlers.

Woodbridge Valley Children's Den is open all year from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. I offer full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 6 weeks, as well as toddlers through preschoolers up to 5 years old. I provide peanut and tree-nut free lunch and snacks to all kids attending my program (these are already included in the tuition). I can accommodate school-age kids up to 12 years old and can offer before and after school care. My home is close to Woodbridge Elementary School, Chadwick Elementary School, and Johnnycake Elementary School.
