Fundamental Foundation Early Childhood Development, Columbia

My name is Lakiesha Barkers, the owner and operator of Fundamental Foundation Early Chilhood Development. My focus is advance learning/teaching. I am an in-home childcare provider located in the Northeast region of Columbia, SC, Richland 2 School District. I am infant, child, and adult cpr and first aid certified. I am registered with the Department of Social Services. I will soon be serving as an off post military provider for Fort Jackson and accepting the ABC voucher. My main objective is to consistently enhance the development and advancement of newborn to preschool age children. I love being able to invest in and love of these babies daily. By the time your child leaves my home, they will be well prepared for elementary school, and reading will be a breeze. I make their learning experience challenging yet enjoyable. I consider all children baby geniuses and my goal is to push them effortlessly. I believe a confident child can conquer the world. All they need is a village and support. I am both. The curriculum that I chose to take full advantage of is A Beka. Depending on the child's individual learning style I believe that having options ensures that no child is left behind. We take field trips and nature walks depending on the weather, subject and or learning experience.
