Children are unique and as such are entitled to a teacher who will respect them as an individual. Our staff must relate to the children with courtesy, respect, acceptance and patience. Children are entitled to an environment that is safe, clean, and provides opportunities for success. We offer activities appropriate to the developmental needs, individual interest and ages of the children. Children are entitled to teachers who show competency, good judgment and self control. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere to enhance self–esteem and creativity. Children are entitled to consistent and positive methods of discipline. Our teachers encourage self-discipline and independence by setting age appropriate limits and rewarding acceptable behavior.
