All-Stars Learning Center, Essex

All Stars Learning Center is a ministry of Hope Lutheran Church. We offer an education program for Pre-K students, 3, 4, and 5 year olds (turning 5 after Baltimore County Public Schools start). We offer Before and After School Care for Pre-K and school age children. In addition to our school-year programs, we offer a Summer Care Program for children ranging from age 3 through 5th grade (just completed). The Center is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education. We are open year-round and accept registrations for preschool children ages 3-5 at any time. The Center offers age-appropriate instruction in a loving, Christian context. Mission: Our Mission is to provide a safe and affordable pre-kindergarten learning center that teaches Christian fundamentals and a quality education. As a mission of Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, The All Stars Learning Center is dedicated to serving the community in Christian love. Goal: The goal of the Center is to help each child succeed in becoming a complete and individual person through increased experiences and challenges; to help each child develop and/or improve their social behavior, cognitive skills, and self-efficiency. We will provide a safe and loving environment for each child as they experience successes and failures.
