Licensed since 2007, I have 20+ years of child care experience. Annually inspected by Maryland State Department of Education and Baltimore County Fire department. Continued provider education (Penn State Extension, Child Care education Institute, Appelbaum training Institute and Care courses). Infant, child, adult CPR and first aid certified. I provide a loving, caring and learning environment for infant - age 5. Nutritious meals and snacks served daily. Pre-k activities/worksheets include Pre-k math, science, alphabet, colors, shapes, art and music. We have circle, story and outdoor's play daily* (*weather permitting). Holiday crafts/celebrations, birthday parties, costume parties, field trips include... local park/playground, Picnics, Bowling, Plumpton Park Zoo and more!
My Philosophy for teaching young children: Preschool children learn best through play. Incorporating early learning concepts in a relaxed, small group atmosphere encourages increased retention and teacher/child interaction. Introducing children to social concepts such as respect, pride, and a love of learning is, to me, equally important as introducing math, language and science concepts.

We absolutely love Neen’s! My son has been coming here full time since he was 3 months old! My boy loves going to Neen’s and seeing his friend ! Neen is so wonderful and treats each child like her own. Ahe also teaches three days a week! Neen is not just his daycare provider but a part of our family :)

The best daycare ever! Although our daughter’s stay here was temporary, the experience will last a lifetime. I left every morning knowing my child was in the best hands, that in itself is priceless. Neen is wonderful and great at what she does.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a daycare that sees a child and not a check. Neen will always be apart of our child’s life. We look forward to bring her back to visit!

Meeting Anita for the first time was like a breath of fresh air! I knew this was the place for my son to come for daycare, and ever since I e made that decision it was nothing but all smiles.. she's hard working, and great with the kids. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone in need of choosing a daycare. :)

The best daycare. Loved picking my child up and hearing all the fun things they did that day. Love how they were always learning new things and could always count on neen when it came to teaching my child right from wrong. Wouldnt want to send her anywhere else but neens!

Neen's daycare is a God send
Out of all my experiences with childcare neen's daycare is by far the best place you could ever send your child. My daughter had just turned 2 in December when my husband and I started her with neen.
In such a short time She has learned her basic shapes, colors, numbers,alphabet and has build a remarkable vocabulary. She is pottytrained and listens well to instruction.

This daycare is amazing ! May daughter has been attending for a few months now and she has learned so much. She also loves Neen, and of course all of the other children. I would highly recommend this daycare to any mom/dad looking for child care.

I don't know where to begin to rave about Neen's Daycare. She is loving caring reliable and has unsurmountable patience! She always has the children engaged and learning while also on a strict schedule. My daughter only left bc a pre-k opening arose
at our sought after private school. I have recommended Neen before and will gladly do it again.

My grandson used to go to Neen's Daycare and he would still be going but he moved to PA. I can't say enough good things about this day care. It is not just a place where children are watched, it is a daycare where children are challenged academically and socially. Neen has a learning curriculum as well as day trips to places like the zoo, parks, etc. She has holiday parties and events for the children to participate in for holidays also. If... more

My son came to Neen's daycare after we had a bad experience at another at home daycare, after which I was unsure if I was able to trust another care provider. Neen restored my trust, and was absolutely amazing with my son! She is very reliable, caring and my son loved going to her daycare every day. The only reason that we stopped attending is because we relocated to another state. We miss Neen!

Neen treats each child like her own. She is extremely loving and caring. I never have to worry about my children when they are in her care because I know they are safe. It's like a second home for them. more

My son loved and learned so much at Neen's Daycare. He is now in Pre-K , but still talks about Neen and how much he misses daycare. Would highly recommend Neen's Daycare!!!

My 5 year old son has been with Anita since he was 11 weeks old as well as my 9 month old daughter. The time my children have been in her care makes a strong statement.
