Temple Beth Tikvah Early Childhood Learning Cente, Fullerton

The Early Childhood Leaning Center (E.C.L.C.) first opened its doors in 1976 and has been providing affordable preschool, pre-k, kindergarten and summer programs to families living and working in northern Orange County ever since. We are licensed with the State of California and are in good standing. E.C.L.C. is more than a school. We are a community of parents, children, teachers and staff that come together in creating an enriching experience for our children and providing a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow. Located at Temple Beth Tikvah, in Fullerton CA, the school sits at the top of a hill with views overlooking the greater Orange County area. This unique setting allows us to fully utilize the outdoor areas, turning them into “natural classrooms”. Children are able to experience nature first hand – whether feeding chickens in our chicken coup, growing vegetables or flowers in our gardening boxes or watching the amazing transformation of caterpillar to butterfly. And our playground, built on rubber-surfacing for safety, lies under a canopy of trees that provide shade and protection from the elements throughout the year. We are fortunate to be part of the larger T.B.T. community and have our rabbi and other temple members join us Friday mornings to sing Shabbat songs and welcome in the Sabbath. The third Friday of every month we open our doors to host a toddler-focused “Tot Shabbat” and our students assist with Tzedakah – the act of charitable giving – projects. While built on a foundation of Jewish values and traditions, E.C.L.C. is open to all religions and celebrates our school’s cultural diversity.
