About Our School[redacted]b
Saint Mark’s Preschool was founded in 1989 as an organization of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church in Glendale. We are open year round with the exception of normal holidays, plus a Christmas and Easter break. We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am until 6 pm so that we can be of service to our working families, but we have a variety of schedule options to meet your particular needs, including half day and partial week enrollments.
Your child may be enrolled with us once they have attained their second birthday and until their entry into Kindergarten. They do not need to be out of diapers to be enrolled here: our staff is experienced in helping you with the process of moving your child from diapers to none, always gently, and bearing in mind that all children move at their own pace!
Our school’s diversity is reflected in our staff and children, and no child, family, employee or volunteer will be discriminated against for any reason, including race, religion, national origin, or family structure.
Because we are an organization of the parish of Saint Mark's, we are blessed with an unusually high level of commitment and care for the school and its families by the clergy and members of Saint Mark’s parish. You need no affiliation with Saint Mark’s, however, to enroll in our school. All are welcome here!
We are licensed by the State of California’s Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, and certified by the Episcopal Commission on Schools through the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles. The licensing office address is LA East Regional Office, 1000 Corporate Center Drive, #200B MS 29-15, Monterey Park, CA 91754. The licensing office telephone number is [redacted].
Disclaimer: the licensing status was checked when this listing was created. We do our best to keep information up-to-date, but cannot guarantee that it is. You should verify the license/permit/registration status before enrolling in any child care program.
