The teachers are not the problem here, it's the owners. They are unprofessional, defensive, and utterly refuse to work with families or even listen with open minds when questions or concerns arise. They have been openly hostile no matter how diplomatically I have tried to bring up concerns. My experience with Brookhaven Dayschool. This May I started sending my 2.7yo to BCD and towards the end of the month she really liked going there. Out of 24 days she attended the school for 13 days as she had caught cold and developed a ear infection subsequently. Her daily report card showed that she enjoyed there and even her teacher had told me once that she was not a problem child.

We absolutely love Brookhaven! When we started searching for a daycare, my husband and I had one main goal: find a place that will provide a loving, nurturing environment and also prepare our child for Kindergarten.
