The Learning Tree Preschool, Lancaster

The Learning Tree is our preschool program. It is our desire to provide loving care for children who must be separated from their parents every day; care that includes eating, sleeping, and toileting experiences; care that includes academic and social experiences; care that includes friendship with adults other than parents; and care that meets the unique growth and developmental needs of each child. Classes are available for two- through five-year-old children in full day childcare (care for 18-month-old children available at our West Palmdale and Eastside campuses). The childcare programs are offered year round, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Nursery school classes are available for three- and four-year-old children. The program is available from September through mid-June and is structured partly as an open classroom and partly as teacher-directed to provide a balance of experiences for each child.
