St. Paul's Lutheran Church & Preschool, Long Beach

St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool strives to create a warm and loving community where the children, through active involvement with the physical environment, learn to be self-sufficient, solve problems, interact with peers in positive ways and grow in all areas of development. Our hope is that each child will begin to find his and her own unique potential through experiences at St. Paul's. Each day begins with a Bible story, the calendar, alphabet, phonic sounds, and the pledge. Our day continues with snack time, math, writing, recess, and art that go along with our theme for the month. There are no TV's at St. Paul’s, we teach! We offer a hot lunch three times a week for $3.00, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, this also includes veggies and a drink. We believe in strong security and our classrooms and play areas are physically secured and monitored by an integrated video.The State of California has stated that our Staff is "more than qualified" and all members have several years of experience.surveillance system that maintains video recordings for review in case of any emergency. The safety of our children is very important to us and our play areas are fully protected.
