At Farias Family Child Care, we believe that it is our responsibility as early childhood educators to continue my education and preparation to ensure that the education we provide at our day care will be a solid foundation for the children’s development. We believe that children must be treated equally and with respect regardless of their age, sex, ethnicity, physical abilities any special need or religion, within a caring, loving and safe environment. At Farias Family Child Care, we also believe that this can be achieved by building a strong and solid relationship with the parents to ensure that the children receive the additional support needed for their development at home. We believe that this can be achieved by uniting the three most important components which are the Parents, educators, and our community. Working together to build a strong foundation of knowledge for our children will create loving, caring, educated, and productive members of society in their future.
