My name is Shakia Moliere, Director of EXCEL STEM Academy, formerly EXCEL Private Preschool. ​My family has called Texas home for the last twelve years, during which I have served as a science and preschool teacher. I have a Master of Arts in Teaching degree, Early Childhood through 6th Grade, 4th -8th Grade Science, and 8th through 12th Grade Science certifications. Altogether, I have over twenty-five years experience teaching and caring for young children. As a mother of four, and educator, I am aware of the great need for quality early childhood education. My goal is to provide children a strong educational foundation in a nurturing environment. Your child’s early educational experiences provide a foundation of success for years to come. EXCEL's number one priority is to instill a love of learning and to provide a caring, enriched, hand’s on learning environment for each child, with an emphasis on development of the whole child and Kindergarten readiness.
