Dear Parents, Hello, my name is Marion Krouser Moore. I am the owner and primary provider for Moore Hugs & Learn Family Daycare. My daycare was developed with my heart and soul. As a working mom finding quality, affordable childcare that shared my goals, values, and standards was not easy and became a daunting task. When I decided to open a daycare I vowed to be different. Moore Hugs & Learn Family Daycare is different than any other daycare because of our beliefs, standards, and experiences. We know children learn best when they are comfortable and hands on. My daycare is in a home setting with and educational setup for children to be themselves and to explore and learn. I want my prospective families to know that I am a parent first. Therefore, I understand your needs and how important your child(ren) safety and education is to you. Secondly, I am an educator. I have worked in the school system for over 5 years, and I have worked with children and mentoring young children for over 10 years. My staff including myself are CPR, FIRST AID, AED certified, college graduates, and we all partake in various training to meet state licensing requirements regularly. We also have frequent professional development workshops to ensure we are offering families the best program and quality childcare services. Another advantage compared to any other daycare is that we offer affordable rates. Please understand for the time we are caring for your children we offer top quality care, nutritious meals, and an outstanding academic approach. We also offer potty training for children who are of age and show readiness. Lastly, I believe staff-parent partnerships, communication, and consistency will provide a solid foundation for your children. Communication is the key component in building trust and providing a safe, welcoming environment. We cannot stress communication enough. Communication builds parent-staff relationships which will help us meet your child's individual needs. These attributes are what makes my program, my staff, and myself dedicated providers and allows us to stand out from our competitors.
