Our Mission FantastiKids Academy is dedicated to providing a well-rounded educational environment that emphasizes learning, playing, friendship, family and community. Our Philosophy The purpose of early childhood education is to prepare each child for successful transition into the elementary school setting. We respect that every child learns differently and we recognize that children come from diverse backgrounds. We communicate with the children at their eye level in a positive, encouraging manner to build effective student-teacher relationships. Our school is a place to have fun and build friendships as well as explore, create and inspire. Happy kids and happy families are what will continue to make us successful; therefore, we are dedicated to the following goals for all children: *To provide a loving, safe and clean environment supported by a nurturing and enthusiastic staff. *Utilize a hands-on, multi-sensory approach to learning and encourage each child to reach his/her milestones. *Foster an environment of acceptance, self-esteem, and belonging. *Guide each child’s growth physically, intellectually, and emotionally. *Initiate exciting, innovative, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning and socialization. *Ensure comfort and peace of mind that we are doing our best for each of our children, every day. Wonderful Ones: This program is designed to provide our toddlers a curriculum that incorporates multi-sensory learning with high quality activities. Our team of teachers will begin the day with smiles, songs and hands-on activities. Wonderful Ones will feel right at home in our warm, nurturing environment. Terrific Twos: While providing plenty of opportunity for independence, the Terrific Twos program promotes verbal, social and physical growth. This program continues to provide a multi-sensory curriculum and hands-on activities as well as creative problem solving. Our twos are introduced to small group learning activities. Amazing Threes: The Amazing Threes program is designed to take our students to the next level of verbal, social and physical growth as well as cognitive development. We introduce the importance of learning and friendship and its relationship to family and community. Amazing Threes participate in independent learning, group learning, scientific discovery, mathematics. We cultivate their creativity through unique daily opportunities. This is the time to prepare our Amazing Threes for their incredible journey towards Pre-Kindergarten. Fantastic Fours: Our Fantastic Fours are challenged daily through independent and group reading, math, writing and problem solving opportunities. We continue to help our Fantastic Fours foster friendships, express individuality, and participate in daily creative opportunities. Family and community are emphasized and become fully integrated into the curriculum. The Fantastic Fours will be ready to move up to the VPK class with ease and comfort. Incredible VPKs: VPK is the time to prepare our children for transition into Kindergarten. We provide a well-rounded curriculum incorporating all the required skills in order to make the transition smooth and fun. Learning is enhanced through scientific investigation, hands-on learning, verbal and written skills, creativity, reading and mathematics. It is our goal that your child will enter Kindergarten with a complete understanding of expectations both academically and socially.
