I believe that a quality home childcare means offering a safe, well-supervised and stable environment with enrich and stimulating programs. A good program must stimulate interest, curiosity and creativity in each child. I strive to promote parent involvement in the childcare and a “partnership” between parent and the childcare provider. My goals are to assist each child in developing a sense of responsibility, to teach and model respect for all people and property, to encourage sharing so that they may learn to value of cooperation, and to help them learn the advantages of self-restraint and control over impulsive and negative behaviors.
