Azeez Academy, Silver Spring

Azeez Academy is a Hoslistic Islamic Preschool that aims to foster the love of learning, community, and faith into each child. Through hands-on projects, fostering critical thinking, lots of outside/nature time, and the gentle incorporation of Islamic concepts throughout the day; we ensure each child is thriving not just cognitively and physically but socially, emotionally, and spiritually as well. Our curriculum is developed in-house and pulls wonderful aspects from Waldorf, Montessori, and Emilia Reggio into a unique program where each Islamic Month features a new topic of learning with a new project. Public Speaking, Coding, and Cooking are static features of each month that promote real-life skills and independence - all through the lens of Islam. We are a small school with only 12 seats with a teacher:student ratio of 1:4 to ensure each child gets the attention, guidance, and love they deserve.
