Toya's In Home Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Suffolk, VA. Our family child care program is run by Toya Bell who has 10 years of child care experience. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 13 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 13 years old.
