Welcome to Bright and Happy Beginners! We are a bilingual early childhood program dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. As a family-owned, licensed childcare facility located in Vienna, Fairfax County, VA, we take pride in offering high-quality care and education that supports every child's growth and development.

With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector -where one of our key programs focused on Early Childhood Education, particularly for infants and toddlers. In 2013, I channeled my knowledge and dedication into opening my own home-based daycare. In addition to more than a decade of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. My daycare has flourished under my leadership, supported by a dedicated team of four assistants who have been with me for 10, 7, 5, and 3 years, respectively. Each team member brings valuable professional experience and is certified in CPR and First Aid. We have all undergone thorough background checks and meet all regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Our philosophy is rooted in providing a safe environment where children can thrive. We promote healthy nutritional habits and create a joyful learning atmosphere through music, sing-along, and creative play. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in your child's early development, working alongside you during these most formative and important years.

We offer a bilingual environment in both Spanish and English, with a specialized focus on the care of infants and toddlers. In addition to English, we introduce our young learners to the Spanish language -providing a wonderful opportunity for your little one to become bilingual from an early age. We also believe that children learn best through play, which is why we embrace a play-based learning approach. Research has shown that this method supports the development of essential socio-emotional and cognitive skills, while also boosting self-confidence. Our daycare is equipped with a wide variety of age-appropriate toys and learning materials to support active exploration. We also offer a secure, fenced outdoor playground that features a water table and garden -providing children with opportunities for hands-on learning and outdoor fun.

Bright and Happy Beginners is open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We provide care for children ages 12 weeks to 3 and 11 months. All children enrolled in our program receive nutritious lunch and snacks daily, which are included in the tuition. We’re located in Vienna, a mile away from Dunn Loring Metro Station and Tysons Mall Metro Station, and have easy access to I-66 and 495 highways. Please contact us for availability and to visit us!
