Welcome to Country Place Kids Playhouse, our licensed daycare and preschool located in the peaceful Country Place neighborhood of Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA. We’re conveniently located right off Leesburg Pike (Route 7) and with easy access to Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road) and the I-495. We offer a variety of child care and preschool programs to cater to your child's needs, including full-time care, part-time care, as well as drop-in care. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing care for infants as young as 2 weeks, toddlers, and preschoolers. We can also offer before and after-school care for school-aged children up to 12 years old (we’re near Colvin Run Elementary School). I know how important it is for your child to be in a safe and nurturing environment. That’s why my daycare is a peanut-free space, and I provide healthy lunches and snacks every day (included in the tuition).

I’m the owner of this child care facility and I’ve been caring for children for almost 20 years now. I’m a mom of three and providing child care has always been more than just a job for me; it’s truly my passion. I know firsthand how hard it is to find a place you can trust for your child, and I’m here to offer you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your child is safe, loved, and learning every day. I hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce and certifications in CPR and First Aid. I believe that taking care of children is a privilege and a responsibility. Many of the families I’ve worked with still keep in touch because they feel like they’ve found a second family here. To me, spending time with children is like therapy, because it brings me joy and fulfillment.

At Country Place Kids Playhouse, I believe in letting children explore and learn in their own way. I follow a Montessori-inspired philosophy where children make choices about their activities, and we guide them in their self-discovery. My goal is to help children grow into responsible, curious, and confident individuals. We work together with parents as a team to support each child's development, with a special focus on behavior management and self-improvement. My curriculum includes a variety of activities, such as Music, Arts and crafts, Gardening, Cooking, Learning good manners, and Self-improvement. I strive to create a home away from home where your child can feel comfortable, happy, and loved. I'm committed to providing a personalized and individualized approach to care, tailored to each child's unique needs and interests!
