Kiddie Korner Day Care, Walkerton

Kiddie Korner offers a developmentally appropriate program for children ages six weeks to age five and day care for children ages six months to twelve years old. The curriculum offered provides for each child's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development through an integrated approach. A safe and healthy environment is always provided. Children are encouraged to develop their creative selves through the use of self expressive materials and problem solving activities in which varied and alternative solutions are encouraged, reinforced and experimented. Pre-school age children are allowed to experience the pre-school curriculum described from 9:00 am until lunch is served. Kiddie Korner operates Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Full meals are served for breakfast and lunch as well as an afternoon snack. Staff training is attended as necessary to meet the requirements of the State of Virginia. Staff are CPR, First Aid and MAT Certified(Medication Administration Training).
