Glen Flora Kids Playhouse is a licensed home-based daycare and preschool in Waukegan, IL. I’m located in the Downtown Waukegan neighborhood, right off W Glen Flora Ave, near Glen Flora Elementary School. Your daily commute to work will be very convenient since I have easy access to N Green Bay Rd (route 131) and Amstutz Expy & Hiawatha Pioneer Trl (route 137).
About Me:
I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 29 years of child care and early childhood education experience. Like you, I’m also a parent, a mom to 3 children, so I can relate to your concerns about finding high-quality and safe daycare for your little one.
I’m a dedicated and licensed child care provider and early educator who wants nothing but the best for your child. I always strive to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where each child can learn and grow.
Program:
Glen Flora Kids Playhouse uses the Creative Curriculum and follows the Play-based learning approach to benefit your child’s learning. I provide full-time care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids from birth to 12 years old.
My family child care program is open from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All kids attending my daycare are provided with breakfast, lunch and snacks, which are included in the tuition.

I really wished I found this caregiver much sooner than I did..I love her home daycare very cozy, she takes the kids out for different activities and to the library weekly for circle time! My son is comfortable with her which means the world to me! I highly recommend this home daycare for your little one(s)

This caregiver does very well with the kids . They learn so much with her. She treats all of them as if they were her own. They love her like family.

This daycare provider is amazing. This is truly a labor of love for her. It took me over a year to find a a provider and am more than grateful that God led me to her.

call me biased, but both of my kids have attended this daycare. There isn't another daycare in the area doing what she does. My son attended from 10 months to K5 and when school started he was ready the curriculum. my daughter is on the way to doing the same. The owner truly cares for the children. They have fun, they learn, and I can assure that on most days, their homemade lunch is far better than what I'm having! Couldn't think of a better... more

love the way she teaches I have three kids and two of them are in school they were both ready for kindergarten and knew how to read by time kindergarten started and made the transition a lot easier
