Scholars offer play-based learning opportunities. Play facilitates: learning, development, motivation, thinking and problem solving, social development and awareness, flexibility, skill development, sensory awareness” …and much more. We offer various centers/areas in the classroom and outdoors that really enhances learning and offers the possibility for children to explore and discover. Each center changes weekly to incorporate central themes that elevate each weekly lesson plan. Overall, we want our students to thoroughly enjoy just being a kid. Our lead teacher has a masters in education/early education and has taught in Head Start and other established preschools. We have also been awarded 3 stars by the Tennessee Dept. of Human services, for which we are grateful to be recognized.
