RDCA~Maryvale Child Development Center is a private, non-profit licensed child care center in Rockville, MD. We are a before and after care program for students at Maryvale Elementary who are in Kindergarten through fifth grade. We follow the Creative Curriculum, a play based curriculum that is in line with our philosophy. We provide a nutritious breakfast, a morning supplement, and an afternoon snack. Field trips provided at NO additional charge. These include visits to the library, museums, children's theater productions, as well as trips to local parks and playgrounds. My two daughters had great experiences at Maryvale CDC. The teachers (and director) are caring, energetic, warm, and responsive. The overall atmosphere is incredibly positive and nurturing -- as a parent, it's a relief to know that the teachers really understand and enjoy my children! Additionally, the creative and engaging curriculum prepared them very well for elementary school, and helped create a very smooth transition for them. I highly recommend Maryvale CDC!
