Sylina Angels Daycare is a year-round home-based daycare in Baltimore, MD. Our family child care program is run by Sylina Minor who has 5 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:30am until midnight and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. She is very unprofessional. She doesn't give you ahead notice for closing. She doesn't follow by her contract at all. An does a lot of random closing
