I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this. I've been crying. I used to work at this center more than a decade ago. Life has changed for the better and now decided to enroll my daughter, 2 years old, at Rock Spring Children's Center. She was placed in the butterfly class. I have proof, not just hearsay, that the teachers spoke to her very abrasively. Estefani the lead teacher yelled at her in both Spanish and English and slammed her hand down... more
