Petals Child Development Center distinguishes itself from other daycare centers by a fundamental principle that each child is unique in temperament and rate of development, and will offer the opportunity for social and cognitive development according to their individual learning style. • Curriculum is developed to enhance and challenge particular, distinct individual needs, interests and abilities. Activities and relationships will occur in a healthy, positive and relaxed environment in which well-qualified staff will provide personal attention, guidance and nurturing to each child. The center offers sensitive and diverse activities geared to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our clients,with structured activities highlighted below. After school tutoring and Math, Science and English comprehension will also be provided by trained tutors who seek to unearth the hidden potential of all students facing unique challenges in school. The Arts and Theater Summer and Winter Programs geared to promoting the arts and enhancing literary development and English comprehension. This will take the form of staging plays, poetry contests and essay submissions. • The Center strives to maintain continuity and consistency throughout the program objectives by conducting cooperative staff planning,online training and a variety of joint activities involving the various groups of children. All caregivers at will be encouraged to express their diverse educational strengths as they work with the children and in their cooperative efforts with other staff members.
