Spanish Immersion Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Germantown, MD. Our family child care program is run by Ligia Cajiao who has 25 years of child care experience. We are open from 7:00am until 5:30pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. Spanish Immersion Family Child Care is a Spanish immersion program. At a minimum, our teachers have a Bachelor's degree. Our toddler started the program in January 2015, when he was six-months-old. Our four-month-old joined in November 2017. We are extremely pleased. Our toddler loves it. He woke up this past Sunday asking to go to Ligia's. The curriculum in the school is top notch, as Ligia has 20+ years of experience in daycare, and we are seeing our kids develop rapidly. They are a great, reliable, responsible team. Ligia loves kids and she is a great caretaker. The curriculum is outstanding. They have experiential activities and projects to teach them to count, the colors, shapes, paint, read, etc I feel fortunate I found them.

Excellent quality care. This provider is a lovely and professional teacher. I love the environment and the enthusiasm she teaches with. My daughter Alina comes home with wonderful stories every day.. I am super happy with the care my daughter gets everyday :-)

In short, this child care provider was wonderful. She nannied for our 2 year old and she did an excellent job. Trustworthy, reliable, professional. We would recommend her.

This daycare is awesome and very organized. The owner is an excellent teacher and loving with children. My boys really enjoy the time spent at the daycare.

Couldn't be any happier with this day care, our daughter is learning a lot and she is being taken care of very well. Our daughter is always so happy to stay there. We love how organize everything is, from the place to the lesson plans. Very happy
